All services to clients are provided under an agreement for services (overeenkomst van opdracht) with Van Hooff Law B.V. The agreement is subject to our General Conditions, which contain a limitation of liability and a dispute resolution clause with a choice of forum for the Amsterdam District Court.

Van Hooff Law B.V. is a private limited liability company (besloten vennootschap) incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands.

Mr. J.E.P.A. (Job) van Hooff is admitted as advocaat to the Bar of the Netherlands (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and is registered with the Amsterdam Bar. He has registered insolvency law (insolventierecht) as principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas. Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in this area of law in accordance with the requirements of the Netherlands Bar Association.

Van Hooff Law B.V. has an internal complaints procedure in place in accordance with the Dutch Legal Profession Act (Advocatenwet).
